Dr Kirstyn Windsor is a registered Clinical Psychologist with a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. Currently, Kirstyn balances work in private practice and Ngamai Wilam, the state-wide residential eating disorder service run by The Alfred.  Kirstyn has worked at The Alfred for the past 8 years where she has worked predominantly in adult community mental health, supporting consumers experiencing bipolar, psychosis, trauma and personality disorders. Kirstyn has used CAT predominantly in this work and has started using CAT group mapping for staff group supervision at Ngamai Wilam.

Johnny Kieran is a qualified practitioner in both CAT and EDMR (Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing). In CAT, he focuses with clients on us understanding how they think, feel, and act, making sense together of the significant events and relationships that have shaped their experiences.  As an EMDR practitioner, he integrates this modality using Attachment-Focused EMDR principles, creating a unique therapeutic approach that blends the introspective and relational focus of CAT with the powerful processing capabilities of EMDR.
