ANZACAT CAT Practitioner Application Form The ANZACAT CAT Practitioner Guidelines for Trainees sets out the tasks and expectations required to complete a CAT Practitioner Training Course in Australia and New Zealand. This form will ask you if you have met the most important criteria. In order to assist the committee to understand your specific circumstances, please make sure you provide a full explanation in any case that you have not met the usual criteria. Each training course is responsible for determining whether each of their trainees has completed the course to the required level of competence and should issue a Course Completion Certificate stating this. This certificate should be uploaded with this form.
