Orygen CAT Supervision Level 1 Workshop

This two-day workshop will introduce relational supervision and will explore the role and expectations associated with becoming a Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT) supervisor. Several theoretical models of supervision relevant to CAT will be discussed and participants will be encouraged to consider and reflect on their own patterns and strengths as a supervisor. Capabilities and skills required for both individual and group supervision will be discussed.  The workshop will provide theoretical, didactic and experiential modes of learning to build knowledge, skills and confidence.

This workshop is for CAT Practitioners accredited with the Australian and New Zealand Association of Cognitive Analytic Therapy (ANZACAT) or equivalent. Attending this training is a recommended component of a CAT Supervisor Training Plan.
