You’re invited to a CATchUp for anyone interested in the intersection of Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT) and eating disorders, whether you’re an established researcher, clinician, or just interested.

We’ll start off with a quick review of where the current research on CAT in eating disorders sits. From there, it’s an open floor: bring your ideas, your half-formed questions, your “has anyone looked into…” thoughts. We’ll brainstorm together and start mapping out possible next steps for a CAT-ED research agenda, building a community of people who want to keep talking about this.

No prior CAT research expertise required, just curiosity and a willingness to think out loud together.
